Hello,
i noticed, that unfortunately there is no:
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
in the headers. Special characters like "ä,ö,ü,ß" are not visible- there are some "?" instead, which are saved if i commit!
How to fix this?
thanks, franc
charset not defined - Problems with special characters
Re: charset not defined - Problems with special characters
Even worse:
If there are special char. (special signs like ä, ö, ü) in the name of a (text-)file,
e.g.: 'this_filename_is_with_ü.txt' -
i cannot open it !!!
I get the old Java-Error: java.lang.NullPointerException
Is this (severe Bug) fixed in version 3.1?
regards, franc
