How I can get WorkItems via Java API from Polariom?

Hello all,
I have the task to create an extension via Java for the FMEA Workflow.
So, i have some Basics question.
1) How i can get with the Java Methods the Workitems e. g. Risks?
2) How can I Print these Workitems in the Console of e . g. Eclipse ? (System.out.println"printWorkItems");
3) How can I see the results in Polarion host?
