If you don't have an account for our demo servers, community server you have to create one here: http://www.polarion.com/signup/index.php?srv=alm.
After creating the account you have to log-in to http://community.polarion.org/polarion/ once to enable the access to the Subversion repository.

Re: SVNImporter Source Code
Hello,
I've created an account. Two accounts, actually, since my bopolissimus account had punctuation in the password and I thought that might be the reason I couldn't log in.
[/quote]
However, I'm still unable to login to community.polarion.org/polarion. I get "Sorry, but Password or User name you provided is invalid."
My passwords are as I entered them (and as provided in the confirmation email). Is there a password reset page? I'd prefer that, actually, to having the password emailed back to me in plaintext
. Although I don't think this is a problem with my password(s). Perhaps an issue on the community.polarion.org server?

Hi Gerald,
User bopolissimus exists both on community.polarion.org server and in our users DB.
I recommend you going to this page and check your account information. You can also reset your password there if needed.
HTH,
Martin

Many thanks Martin. I had some help from Ladislav and am now able to login. By the way, what's the URL to svn checkout the the svnimporter2 source?

Re: SVNImporter Source Code
Hello,
I am not able to use svnimporter2. I've had some success with svnimporter 1.2 (downloaded via http://www.polarion.com/user/direct_reg ... mportervss).
I'd like to fine tune some issues with 1.2 (VSS Pinned files). What branch/trunk revision was this (the dist file I can download via the URL above) built from? Is it just from trunk? Trunk at a certain revision? Or Improved_VSS_Support at a certain revision?
Thanks for any pointers.
Gerald

Re: SVNImporter Source Code
Hello,
The MKS link to the svn-importer 1.2 source code is broken. It seems to have been
replaced with http://svn.polarion.org/repos/community ... CR_Support
which gives permission denied errors.
Can you please let me know where to get the 1.2 source code?
I've been working with 1.1.8, but I would like to get the latest.
thanks,
kmd

Re: SVNImporter Source Code
The branch listed above (SVNImporter: http://svn.polarion.org/repos/community ... S_Support/) no longer exists. How can we get access to this version?
Re: SVNImporter Source Code
I am able to access the trunk version of the svnimporter code, but it appears the link provided above for the latest improved version of the code is dead ... http://svn.polarion.org/repos/community ... S_Support/
Is the trunk the latest stable version of the code available? Or is there another branch or other location that has the latest and greatest?
Much appreciated,
Quinn

Does anyone what's URL for the code and the user and password for the subversion repository, I'd to perform some changes in order to make it work this product with Starteam 2014.

Re: SVNImporter Source Code
Bump!
It seems the workflow described above doesn't work anymore now that Siemens purchased Polarion (I tried it).
The download at this website for MKS to SVN says the software is licensed under APACHE LICENSE VERSION 2.0
https://polarion.plm.automation.siemens ... nloads/svn
Siemens, you are legally obligated to provide this source code. Please fix your links and allow users to download the source code. Also, please provide instructions for building the code!
You have a killer tool here. It would be great if someone was allowed to put it on github so it can live on instead of die with Polarion! I'd be happy to do it.
