Hi all,
I'm in the Tracker Navigator and have checked the flat layout.
When I have selected a project and search for all Work-Items from the Team-Shortcuts, no Work-Item is displayed.
But when selecting all Work-Items from the global Shortcuts then there are some.
Is there anything wrong in my configuration or in my handling?
Regards

No Work-Items visible when selecting a project
Hello Bjorn,
global team shortcuts are searching for work items in all trackers in workspace. But shortcuts under the so called tracker project are searching for work items within that project. There for you have no work items in results, because there are no work items in that project.
If i am wrong, please send me more information about trackers and servers project (if avaible) in workspace.
For example if you that project is shared, or not. What is his url shown in tracker info page (not in svn info page). Is at least one workitem.xml file located in that tracker project. if yes, where is it. And so on.

Dear Björn,
I think that the problem is in name of your project. What is the name of your tracker project? It looks very complicated on your screenshot.
From the screen shot you gave us it looks you are using FT as Polarion Client (you have security folder checkouted, plain FT project does not have such folder). Have you follow documentation to checkout your tracker projects?
Open SVN repository view, add Repository location pointing to the project folder. Select .polarion folder and call "Find / check out as ... | Find projects" in context menu. System should find Tracker and Polarion server project and checkout both.
The tracker project should be called "polarion_project_id" DOT "tracker".
So I wonder how did you checkout project with such complicated name, because polarion does not support such project ids.
Of course it is FastTrack defect that it handles such project names badly. At least is must validate project name in "New Tracker project wizard" and mark such project with red mark and propose to rename such projects (in eclipse only) to follow Polarion conventions.
We are really sorry for such troubles, please try to rename your project to $polarion_project_id + ".tracker" (eg. fasttrack.tracker).
Thank you
