help needed to set up the plugin

I'm trying to set up the svn plugin for eclipse; but got blocked at the very first step. I couldn't seem to be able to specify a repository location without an error.

What i was trying was very simple. I downloaded subversion, and then create a repository by 'svnadmin create e:\usr\svn\repos'. When i specified 'file:///e:/usr/svn/repos', it kept complaining that ''E:\eclipse\file:e:/usr/svn/repos' does not exist'. Did anyone have the similar problem? Any help is appreciated,

yike, i guess the plugin wasn't meant to work with the local reference to the repository, unless i missed some key steps that i was not aware of. But after installing apache, and everything worked as expected. oh well...
