Field 'Trunk:' contains invalid resource name

Postby lmatias » Tue Nov 20, 2007 5:19 pm

I installed Subversive in my eclipse environment. I also have the Tortoise SVN client for windows (which appears to work fine so far). When I specify the default repository root name for trunk to be something like "http://serv.company.com/proj/name/trunk" a little pop up shows stating: Field 'Trunk:' contains invalid resource name. I am new to SVN. Can someone help pointing me to what I am doing wrong?

Regards,

Luis

Dear lmatias,

On this page you should only specify the NAME of the trunk directory to be used as default for a trunk, not URL.

Then, when the new repository location would be added, the name of the trunk directory for it would be the same, as specified in this field of a preference page;).
