SVN perspective not listed after installation

Maybe this problem is addressed somewhere else, but I couldn' find it.
(I am just a beginner to eclipse)

Today I install the Subversive 1.0.x Plugin into my copy of HI-Tide (an IDE supplied by HI-TECH based on Eclipse, for C-Programming of PIC's).
I follow the installation instructions for Subversive 1.0.x.
The plugin installs correctly (it's listed under 'manage configuration'), but there is no entry 'SVN Repository Exploring' under
Window > Open Perspective > Other
or
Window > Show View > Other

What's wrong ??

Dear gneiss,

Could you please check the error log for any records which may relates to Subversive?

You can show Error Log window using: Window->Show View->Error Log.

Sorry I couldn't find an error-log !?!
There is no Entry 'Error Log' under Window->Show View...
Even if I swicth to other perspectives (from the HI-Tech special one to for ex.: C/C++) there is no such window.
Is ther any file that was created during installation, that I may instead check ?

Dear gneiss,

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunatelly no another place available where errors is logged.
Could you please tell us any URL which points to freely available version of HI-TECH Eclipse based IDE? (We want test our plug-in with this IDE version.)

If You go to:
http://www.htsoft.com/downloads/demos.php
There You should select:
HI-TIDE 3 (compiler not included)

It will be nessesary to request a User ID on the following page.
After registration You will be able to download a demo of HI-TIDE (as far as I know a fully functional one).

If that makes to mutch problems, I may ask HI-Tech support if I (or they) can give you a copy directly.

Please notify me if You like this way.
Then I may place it onto my own Web-Space, or You will get it from HI-Tech direct.
(It's to large to send it via email. It's about 65MB)
