Install optional modules under Linux (RHEL5)

Hi all:
I'm new here and I want to get some help from here.
I already installed svnwebclient on my server(RHEL5).and it's runs weill.Now i want to install those optional modules which like Enscript, i already try my best to find the software package for linux,but i can't find these.if you guys can help me,thanks very much.
I need libintl-2,libiconv-2,escript for linux.

What is the best Linux distribution for an avid Windows users that can be downloaded on my computer? I am looking for Linux Distribution that is the best one for the avid Windows User that can be downloaded and installed directly on my computer. I do not know how to burn ISO files, plus I need something fast and easy.
