BIRT Extension does not have an upload button

Hi,

I realise that this extension is not officially endorsed, but I'm hoping someone else has more experience than I do in this, and is willing to help.

I went through all the steps for installation of BIRT, and it now starts and I can access some kind of webpage for it. I have no particular reason to think this looks wrong.

However, when I add birtreports as a topic, I do not have the buttons at the top that the guide suggests I should have... Has anyone else had this problem? I am using Polarion 18.3 - does anyone have this extension working with this version?
