referencing workitems

Postby RJR » Tue Jul 16, 2019 7:12 am

I want to have two documents.

One main document will all the requirements for internal use ( internal reqs. and external reqs.)

And a second document for external use ( only external requirements)

They way I'm trying to do this is whit wiki code, except I can get the parameters right.

using :
{document-workitems: [docname] | project=[projectname] | display=document }
will give a list of ALL work items located in the listed document, I would like to add something like:
But I cant find a way to make this parameter work, the same goes for:
{workitems: type:systemrequirement | top=2 | fields=id, title, status}
This will show all systemrequirements within the whole project, so I need a parameter like:
fromdocument: XXXX

What is the right parameter to get only specific workitems from a specific document?

I'm open to suggestions, as well to other ways to do it than with wiki code

I think this should work with the query parameter of the macro. You can for example write something like
{workitems: | sortby=severity | top=2}

The example is from the wiki help.

The query should probably also support something like"space/documentid" as a filter, as it is done in the table view.
