Getting attachment data with C#

I'm facing off with Polarion web service in C# and i'm trying to save attachment files of my work items... someone knows if it's possible to do that?
I dug into the online documentation without finding information about it and even the wsld service does not help me.
Does anyone already beaten up with this problem?
