TrackerWebService and the Access to Planning-Data

Postby DreiBaer » Thu Oct 18, 2018 1:28 pm

Hi,

I'm trying to get the planning data of a workitem. Here is my code:

Code: Select all

String[] workItemFields = { "id", "title", "plannedIn", "plannedStart", "plannedEnd"};
String query = "project.id:elibrary AND type:userstory";
workitems = trackerService.queryWorkItems(query, "id" , workItemFields);

Unfortunately, I get all data (id, title) but the important ones are missing.
Can anyone help me out for this?

Best Regards

We don't use those fields here, so I can't check, if we get the values.
Maybe it is worth a try to cast the query-results from tracker.workitem to planning.workitem - atleast these are defined as to different classes in the .net-wrapper.

I found the reason: Those fields are not available over the WebService-API.
