Dear Community,
I created a document workflow for my requirements specification with the status "in rework" and "reviewed".
I would like to allow any changes to the Live Document's content only in the status "in rework". Is there a way to freeze/lock documents for a certain workflow status?
And in general, is it possible to freeze chosen documents to prevent any changes at all?
Kind regards!

Re: Document status for "freezing" live documents
We use Custom Sets for this, in User Management / Permissions Management:
Friendly reminder: Custom Sets can impact your server's performance, don't go overboard
Hope this helps
François
- create a custom Document Set for documents in the "reviewed" status
- set specific permissions for your user groups and this custom set

Re: Document status for "freezing" live documents
That's a very good hint!
But how do I link my custom set to the document status?
Thanks for your help,
Jennifer

Re: Document status for "freezing" live documents
You must define a query for the custom set of document permissions like this:
status:(inreview released)
--> This is an example. Just enter the status IDs you want to protect.
