linked revisions in external repositories

Postby GeNe » Thu Feb 16, 2017 9:33 am

Hi

How do linked-revisions work with external repositories? Will it be registered by Polarion if links have been created in the external repository by adding a workitem-ID in the commit-message? Can the external repository be reindexed as well to correct missing/erroneous links?
Is it possible to change a linked revision to point to another (external) repository if they have been created through Polarion-UI (i.e. when the links are stored in the corresponding xml-file)?

On a sidenote, what's the difference between adding an external repository in the administration of a specific project compared to global administration?

Thanks
