Search for a specific list of watchers using the search field

Postby hoferd » Wed Nov 16, 2016 8:05 am

Hi eveyone. I am trying to write a search query to filter for a specific list of watchers, using the search field in the browser version. There is no attribute "watcher" that could be used. Therefore, Maybe it works with the attribute "SQL" and some query? Any idea on how I could to that? Thanks in advance.

You can find work items with the query
watchedBy:userid

This happens for example, when an admin presses the "Watches" button for an account in user management.

Hi,

you can even set watchedBy:userid in the My Polarion Page. Please note that you cannot set watchedBy:me. It has to be a known userid.

The next line is for a Table-Block Widget Parameter -> Query

"NOT HAS_VALUE:resolution AND (watchedBy:userid)"

So you get all unresolved workitems which are currently watched by the userid. In the My Polarion Page is much more convenient to get this information instead of entering the myAccount area. ( one mouse click instead of 3 mouse clicks ) :D

Cheers Sven
