pdf export: Repeating table headers on new pages

Postby r.phil » Tue Apr 12, 2016 3:25 pm

According this page about the XSL-FO scheme:
http://www.dpawson.co.uk/xsl/sect3/N8922.html#d13173e169
...there is an attribute to control if table headers are repeated on subsequent pages, and this would be the default setting:

table headers are repeated on subsequent pages by default. The behaviour is controlled by attribute 'table-omit-header-at-break'.

But when exporting Polarion documents containing tables to pdf, the header of tables is not repeated on subsequent pages.

So whats the deal here? How can I set this attribute?

By this discussion I learned that pd4ml (http://pd4ml.com/) is the engine that Polarion uses for Wiki/Document PDF export.

On their support FAQs is a similar question of 2009, may be this is still a restriction.

Another resource to look up: http://pd4ml.com/cookbook/
My environment: Polarion ALM 2016 SR2 on Windows Server 2012,
Polarion-JIRA Connector to JIRA 7.x
