Custom table as part of form default

Hi All
I am trying to implement a table as part of the default information in a form configuration. We need to record approx 10 serial number for parts included on a product and we track the creation of each product in Polarion. I would like to have the workitem that we create for each new product have this new table shown be default on the workitem form so that users can fill in all the applicable serial numbers and have Polarion track any changes in the form.

Any ideas?

Hello Tobynz.

If I understand correctly, you need a dummy work item that contains a table in it's description. Then, you must reference this work item in ''template'' field in workitem types configuration. A similar thing is shown in ISO 26262 template from polarion.com.

Hi, I am trying to prepare checklist object.

Basically to capture checkpoint and its status and comments.
Is this possible if yes, what is needed?
