Hi,
I want to have several Workitems created, directly after the Project is created. This should be doen automatically. The Workitem Name should be the same every time, but just the Tracker will be different.
Does anyone has an idea?
Thanks

I don't know if there is a standard mechanism in polarion to do so, but maybe you can do a workaround programming a function or condition.
When using a function, you can check before saving a new workitem, if the items which should be there are already there. If not, create the items an save the workitem then.

The simplest way is to use Project Template - you define all the items, which should be automatically part of the project on creation...
No programming is required.
Principally there is mechanism (OpenAPI) to register a listener on project creation, but this is subject for consultancy, please contact support or your Polarion Contact person.
Best regards,
Nick

Hi,
you're right. But then all Workitems become the same Tracker-ID.
My wish is to have Workitems created, which have the define Tracker-Prefix for this project.
Best regards
