Roundtrip template font format

Postby mathiaskrause » Wed Dec 14, 2011 7:19 am

I used Office 2007 to setup a roundtrip.docx which is now used for roundtrip. I was able to define header and footer and extend them with some data.
That works fine. Unfortunately some other things seem not to work ...
  • The font, setup in office is not used. I set the font to arial, but polarion always uses Times New Roman. Even for header and footer's text.
  • The tab siozes of the headers seem not to work. They are completely different, from what i setup in word.
  • There's no space between the work-items. I set up a space after a paragraph using "standard" format ... but that does not do anything.
  • The fonts i setup in word are not used ... alway "Times New Roman" is used
  • The work-item ID is out direct in front of the Outline+Title of every work-item. That makes things nearly unreadable.

Anybody out there, having the same issues?

Hi,

our developers mean that first 4 points should work, the last one is not clear what you mean.

Please send your document+template to our support, we'll check what's wrong.

Best regards,
Nick
