SCRUM project template gone missing

I installed the SCRUM project template available from extensions site (thanks to Nick et al, who made it possible).

All was well working as intended. But today when I tried to create a new project I observed that SCRUM template is not available in the Project Templates drop down while creating new project.

Can some one help me please and this is really critical for me right now.. ?

I emailed polarion support but haven't heard any thing yet.

Thank you

HI Ramesh,

I will duplicate answer here also (also it was sent as email from support)

Polarion stores project templates in two places with one that overrides the other. The master location that overrides the slave location is stored in the repository at /.polarion/projects/templates. The slave location is on disk within the Polarion installation tree for instance: C:\Polarion\polarion\plugins\com.polarion.alm.projects_3.4.1\templates. The slave location will be used when there are no templates stored in the Repository.
You can import into the repository one of the templates and then make use of the template or checkout the template and make changes to it.

Please send on support email other questions.

Thank you and Best Regards,

Thanks for the info.

I think for some reason, the ".polarion" folder from "Templates/scrum" parent folder was erased.

I created it new and SCRUM project templates came back to life...
