We used the svn importer utility to migrate a 4.7Gb PVCS repo. The resulting svn repo size is a magnificent 249Gb (yes, over 50 times the PVCS repo). We have about 2400 labels in PVCS. We also have about 3300 image files (bmps and icos) in the PVCS repo which are labeled along with the source code. Could having so many "tagged" image files somehow have caused the svn repo to bloat? We did set 'use_file_copy' to true when generating the svn dump file from the PVCS repo. Any suggestions on what we can do different for a more reasonable svn repo size?
