Using svn importer on PVCS without pcli

I'm curious if any users have been able to use the svn importer for PVCS without relying on the pcli component of PVCS?

I am working with a PVCS 6.0 install that does not have the PCLI component available (I believe because it was added in later versions), but the "get" and "vlog" commands that are used by the PvcsProvider class are still there. The one missing component is the "listversionedfiles" command that is used to create the targetFilesFile object and I have an idea of how to collect this information with some customization of the PvcsProvider class. However, before I go down this route I thought it would be worthwhile to put this question to the Polarion community to see if anyone else had experience with doing a conversion on an older PVCS install and could provide some feedback or perhaps a better solution.

Thanks in advance,
Quinn Bailey

This was some time ago, but just for reference I was able to get this working. As I recall, the way I handled the lack of the "lvf" command was to run the conversion directly on the server, pointing the converter to the location of the PVCS archives and running vlog directly on these. I had to make some other adjustments so it would run in cygwin on a win2000 install but in the end it worked quite well.
