Re: filtering linked work items

Hello Jerry, this can be done with a query in a wiki page, as shown by hseifert's solution. As a Polarion newbie you might have a look at the demo project drivepilot in your installation. In the path <yourserver>/polarion/#/project/drivepilot/wiki/Reports/Requirements Test Coverage there is an examp...

Re: Documents list in a wiki

Hello Julien, this did the trick for me: In the Home page of every space that holds documents I used the pages macro 1.1 Docs in this space {pages:space=@current|query=ALL:ALL_VALUE AND NOT type:(active content portal)|fields=pageLink, updatedBy, updated} to list them. NOT type:(active content portal...

Re: Creating a reference to the user defined fields

This wiki content block inserted in a document body works for me in order to display the native properties: ## If the document ist not located in Project > Documents&Wiki > Default Space ## use "Space-Name/Document-Name" #set( $thisdoc = "Space-Name/Document-Name" ) {table:he...

Re: Import: Link new WorkItems to existing

Hello Peter, AFAIK this cannot be done during import from Word or Excel. The traceability builder macro can be applied after importing: Traceabillity Builder by Rainer Kreutzer, Benjamin Engele Added: Thu Jan 10 11:23:30 CET 2013 Version: 1.0 Categories: Import | Tool | Wiki Recreates the traceabili...

Re: Import: Link new WorkItems to existing

Hello Peter, I am not sure whether is a special function to support linking to test cases during import as we only use Polarion RM. A general solution to link work items after importing them with a custom attribute for references to other WI was made available to me by Polarion's Timothy Ströbele, ...

Re: Problems Modyfying Word Export Templates

I suppose norgas refers to word export templates (= 2003 doc in /polarion/#/project/playground/administration/workitems/exporttemplates) and not Word roundtrip templates (= 2007 docx), and I can feel with him. Help "Exporting Work Items" only says: "Export to Microsoft Office formats ...
