Not exactly, if you use the Project prefix when using tortoise commit dialog then it works.

Eg: FastTrack/PLC-A1HGZ

Simple FT needs the project id to be part of workitem id.
(you could feel it reduntant cause your project prefix = projectid).

unfortunatelly this is not possible yet. Not all the strings are externalized so you cannot do it.

I am creating a "tip" in our tracker to be implemented.

Users will not be able to install FT 1.0 release when Subversive 1.1 is installed and vice versa.
