Proxy - Default

Hello, I'm using subversion from home and from work. From work I'm behind a proxy and at home I'm not. Currently I have to configure the proxy manually everytime I switch from work to home and vice versa. Is it possible to enable a default behavior, in the sense that the subversion plug-in tries to ...

Copy a package from one project to another project

Hello, is there a way to copy from one subversion controlled package to another project? What seems to be happening is that .svn is also copied and then the files are marked with a big "!". I then have to delete the .svn directories manually. Is there a brighter way of doing this? Best reg...

Hi Alexander,

I don't think I understood your answer. You mean F5 refresh or subversion update of the parent folder?

Can this not be fixed?

Rename file and then move them to a new package

Hi,

If I rename a file then I have to commit this change before I'm able to move them to another package / folder.

Would it be possible to change this? If forces me to commit during a half-way operation and I prefer to commit a consistent change to my repository.

Best regards, Lars

Deleting a packages requires immediately commit

Hello, If I delete a package which is under version control I have to commit this package immediately. Otherwise if make a few other changes to source files and then commit the system tells me: resource is out-of-date. I then have to revert the changes (download file from server), delete again and t...

Proxy settings enhancements request

Hello, I frequently switch between work and home working on my java program. I always have to change the proxy settings, at home I have no proxy while at work I have a proxy. So I have to turn the proxy on and off. Would it be possible to add the option that you try both the proxy settings and if th...

Proxy Settings

Hi, I work on my java program behind a proxy and occationally also from home without a proxy. If I commit without having change the proxy settings a pop-up comes up with the proxy settings. For far so very good. If I change the proxy settings and press Ok the commit does not work. Currently the prox...

Commit Comment is lost if commit fails

Hi,

if I enter a (long)commit comment and then the commit fails then the comment is lost

I believe it would be more convenient if the comment could get saved and be proposed for the next commit.

User guide for subversive

Hello,

First of all: your tool is very helpful. Thank you!

Can I suggest to write a user guide and include them into the FAQ? Of course it is no rocket science to setup and use the tool but it would be helpful to have more then the installation instructions available.

Best regards, Lars
