Re: Incredible high loading times and CPU-usage in Polarion

Hello Jürgen, thank you very much for your response. In the following I have listed my answers to your questions: - We rebooted the complete machine as well as restarted the Polarion process a several times - What exactly do you understand as a 'patch'? Do you have any example? The only customizing ...

Incredible high loading times and CPU-usage in Polarion

Since we have restarted our Polarion-Server, Polarion (tested with 18.1 and 18.3 on two different servers) suddenly runs extremely slow. It seems that especially queries / requests for backlinked work items and accessing SVN data cause a high time consumption (15 minutes up to server crashes). Serve...

[SOLVED] GetWorkItem in a document workflow context

Hey guys, is it possible to retrieve a custom field from a certain Work Item in a document workflow context? Maybe something like this: var workitemfield = workflowContext.getTarget().getWorkItem("id?").getCustomField("fieldID"); getTarget() delivers the module as my script is tr...

Re: Word Round-Trip | Header and Footer | Expand the standard properties set with custom properties

Actually found a similar question, which already contains the solution:

viewtopic.php?t=97110

One can simply take the IDs of document custom fields and set them into the tag fields of the content controls :D

[Solved] Word Round-Trip | Header and Footer | Expand the standard properties set with custom properties

I am customizing the Header and Footer of the Word Round-Trip Template. As described in the Polarion help, there is a set of properties, one can set as content control fields (as "tag") in order to retrieve certain values from the document which is exported. An excerpt from the Polarion he...

Re: Automatic document status change when saving

Hello,

you can create a pre or post-save script using the following extension:

http://extensions.polarion.com/extensions/134-fmc-work-item-save

We use it for some similar demands and are quite happy with it.

Hello together,

is it possible, to restrict a project_admin to create spaces, but still leave him the option opened to create documents and pages?

Re: Table column width for LiveDoc Wiki Content

Hello govena, I am personally not working with the Wiki Markup. You can use HTML without any restrictions. I have tested it and got the following result: https://i.ibb.co/R7bg358/pic-POLARIONFORUM.png Here is the Code I have put into the Wiki Content in LiveDoc: <table style="width:100%;">...

Re: Call TrackerService (getTrackerService) in a document post-save script

The trackerService in pre-save / post-save context is "predefined", so one doesn't have to call it.

One can simply use it.

[SOLVED] Call TrackerService (getTrackerService) in a document post-save script

Hello,

I would like to use the method

Code: Select all

getTrackerService
in a document post-save script, but I don't know how to exactly call it.

In the workflow context for example I am calling the TrackerService like this:

Code: Select all

var trackerService = workflowContext.getTrackerService();

Re: Script which affects all Polarion pages

Hello Jürgen, basically I have many ideas on my mind I could create use-cases out of. For example: To change the left navigation panel on each site of a complete project (jquery manipulation). But if it is only possible to affect all live report pages and / or all wiki pages of a project it would al...
