Can SVN web client deal with file locks?

Dear All, I am very impressed with SVN web client so far but I have a question: Our main repository consists of XML model files (XMI, HL7 MIF etc) & these are completely unsuitable for merging so we have gone for the file locking route i.e. when the file is opened it is locked so that noone else...

The build from the 2006-01-12 appears to do the same thing.

Any ideas one when the basic problem will be fixed (or indeed what the problem is so I can fix the problem myself).

do you mean the snapshot build as @:

Or is there a specific stable builds tree which I'm missing?
