This problem doesn't occur on the Windows platform, so it seems to be a side effect of File Uploading component on the Red Hat Linux. We will test this problem on Linux and apply a fix if the problem will be reproduced

Dear dea,

Yes, that's right. If you want to use SVN 1.4 you should choose SVN Kit or Native JavaHL in Window > Preferences > Team > SVN > SVN Client. Subversive Default client JavaSVN 1.0.4 doesn't provide SVN 1.4 support.
