<<SOLVED>> How to get all fields of my Layout?

Hello, I want to create automatic wiki pages describing how to use my configured workitems und fields. I am looking for a ALM API function to get all my visible fields in the WI-Type-Layout (e.g. requirement-form-layout.xml) to do a brief description how to use each field of my layouts. If this is n...

How to get the current TimePoint in an wiki?

Hello, the ITimePointsManager offers functions to get the "nearest TimePoint", "open TimePoints" and "closed TimePoints". Nevertheless I want to identify the "current TimePoint". For Examples: #set($projectId = $doc.getProject($doc.space)) #set($project = $tra...

The following function checks wether a user is member of the project_admin group: #macro(CurrentUserIsAdmin) #set($CurrentUserIsAdmin = false) #set($security_contextId = $trackerService.getTrackerProject($doc.getProject($doc.space)).contextId) #set($security_currentUser = $trackerService.dataService...

Re: Query for workitems with dedicated linked WI types

Thanks for the tipp. I allready saw the extension. Great idea and great realization. Nevertheless I am looking for some hints on the adequate SQL statement, because my Polarion Server is hosted and it will take too much time to get a new Extensions installed. My first try was the following, but I do...

Re: Query for workitems with dedicated linked WI types

Ok, I agree and I know how to implement it in a wiki.

I hoped to have the query result in the {workitems} macro to generate an easy link into the query result for working on the selected items.

Thanks and kind regards,
Guido

Re: Create new categories from the Wiki?

Is there a reason thath categories are not handled as enumeration but as separate XML-Files in the .polarion folder structure?

If it was handled like enumerations, I am sure to be able to create new ones from the wiki.

Polarion enhancement idea: using svn:externals in wiki

Dear Polarion-Team, this maybe an idea for enhancement of Polarion's wiki implementation. Actually we are developing reports in the wiki syntax in a way that they can be used in every Polarion project providing the same result for each project (e.g. Development task per team member, Defects by state...

Re: Error within the Excel Importer

The mistake was, that the wrong pass to the Polarion services were used: wrong URL: https://<user>:<password>@<server>/polarion/#/group/TT2/ws/services/ correct URL: https://<user>:<password>@<server>/polarion/ws/services/ Actually those services are not project-specific so that the solution is clea...
