Dear Elendail,
if I have understood you quite clearly, you just need to disconnect your projects (Team>Disconnect menu item) and then simply delete them from your workbench.

Dear theiguy,

I guess the problem refers to SVN-Kit client?
If so it's so simply because it's fully Java client implementation and JDK doesn't support empty passphrases.

If I am right, please try to switch to JavaHL.
If not, the only way, as I can see, is generating SSL with passphrase...

Dear lmatias,

On this page you should only specify the NAME of the trunk directory to be used as default for a trunk, not URL.

Then, when the new repository location would be added, the name of the trunk directory for it would be the same, as specified in this field of a preference page;).

Dear bugmenot,

your request for compare with tags and branches is added to our task list, but unfortunately it won't be implemented quite soon, cause the team is now totally involved in migration to eclipse.org process.

Dear Ale_x, you can make the commit comment mandatory. You should set tsvn:logminsize property value to 1, for example, of the root directory of your checked out project and apply it recursively to the children (check the corresponding option in the 'Add property dialog'). It will force the users to...

Dear sslavic, I've tryed to reproduse this problem and had no success. It seems to be some local problem of yours. Do you get any error messages? Or there is simply no widgets in this group and that's all? I'll obviously try to continue investigations and will notify you if any success is found. Now...
