Re: Creating a workitem with assignees

In the TrackerService.createWorkItem method you define the content of your future work item. If it contains the assignee element, it is ignored. It is a bug.

Re: Creating a workitem with assignees

It is a problem - the assignee is not set in TrackerWebService.createWorkItem.
You can do it in one transaction of four steps:
SessionWebService.beginTransaction
TrackerWebService.createWorkItem
TrackerWebService.addAssignee
SessionWebService.endTransaction(false)

Re: Postgre-Entity vs. Webservice Entity

Hi,

My previous answer was about working in the database.

When you have a WorkItem object, you can call getUri() on it.

Another option - if you wish to get the URI, you can use:
TrackerWebService.queryWorkItemUris("query","sort")

Re: Postgre-Entity vs. Webservice Entity

Hi,

You have POLARION.WORKITEM.C_URI of your work item.
It is a number (BIGINT).
You should use it as C_ID in the POLARION.SUBTERRA_URI_MAP table.
You will get POLARION.SUBTERRA_URI_MAP.C_PK which is the URI you need.

Re: How do check if a work item exists

Use IWorkItem.isUnresolvable(). If "false" is returned, everything is OK.

Re: How to get all fields of my Layout?

Hello,

you should use "WorkItem" as the prototype and ID of a workitem type as the control value - e.g. "task" or "requirement".

Re: Concurrent Licence Not Releasing

Hi everybody, by default the logging of such events is not detailed enough to investigate this situation. It would be much better if you included the following line to your polarion.properties file: log.ssoentries.on.sessionevent=true Then please restart your Polarion to make the change effective an...
