Re: Optimized Polarion license usage

At the moment we have also a "free" ALM Licence Pool for users which need to write complex specifications documents. For other daily business jobs a PRO licence is enough. Currently colleagues need to trigger me and I change the licence in corresponding configuration file. The free ALM lic...

Re: Creating a Drop down on an available space.

Well, something like this will work: #set($moduleManager = $trackerService.getModuleManager()) #set($modulesPrint = "") #set($documents = $moduleManager.getModules($trackerService.getTrackerProject($page.getSpace().getProjectId()), $polarionTool.location.append("00_Documents"))) ...

Re: Historical SQL query

Hello, I think this is NOT trivial - also with sql querys. So there is "no little example" unfortunately. I would solve your problem with a custom plugin: - Get all relevant work items - Iterate over each work item and use IChange[] change = trackerService.getDataService().getDiffManager()...

Re: dynamic document name

Well, you can create a custom plugin which creates the PDF document. The disadvantage of this approach is that you need also a custom link to trigger the custom plugin export - native Polarion PDF export uses a "own" internally URL to create the PDF. If you want to trigger you custom plugi...

Re: Time Machine Test Runs

Well, you just need to adjust the query. This query shows only test cases which are not already executed: (*:*%20AND%20NOT%20type:heading%20AND%20TEST_RECORDS:(%22test_03/testrun1%22,*)%20AND%20NOT%20TEST_RECORDS:(%22test_03/testrun1%22,@any)) This query shows all test cases: (*:*%20AND%20NOT%20type...

Re: Time Machine Test Runs

Well, you cannot add a revisioned test case to a test run but you can execute a revisioned test case which was added (with HEAD revision) to a test run. The problem is that the native "Execute Tests" macro does not care about the revision and did not open the document in tree view. You nee...

Re: Time Machine Test Runs

Well, you can execute the test run for the document in "Tree-View" with specific document name and revision id: /polarion/#/project/test_03/wiki/00_Documents/My_Testplan_Document?query=(*:*%20AND%20NOT%20type:heading%20AND%20TEST_RECORDS:(%22test_03/testrun1%22,*)%20AND%20NOT%20TEST_RECORD...

Re: Add TestCase to TestRun via Webservice

You have to create a test record for each test case that you want to add to the testrun.

Re: How to create instance (Java)?

You can put your "own" objects to wiki context. Have a look in implementation of this extension: http://extensions.polarion.com/polarion/extensions/extension.jsp?extension=PE-174 First configure a service point and define an implementation class: <service-point id="polarionTool" ...

Re: Automatically set "Approving User" when creating work it

You can just use trackerService.getTrackerUser(user_id) to get a user object independing of current logged-in user. This object can be passed to workItem.addAprovee() method like in the example above.

Re: Create new enumeration values from the Wiki?

Hello, well, SVNKit ist part of Polarion, so you don`t need to install it. When using servlets you are allowed to use every external library (also non Polarion libs). However, I see that you want to use wiki code to solve your problem. I do not know whether DocumentBuilderFactory is able to write xm...
