OK, solved it myself:
Had to change the path in polarion.ini (under <Polarion Root>/polarion)
replacing the bundled SVN Path we did not install by the path to the existing installation.

Problem calculating Source-Code Metrics/SVN Checkout failure

Hi, we are trying out Polarion 2.6. We where not able to calculate the metrics (nor build automatically) for our Test-Project. Problem was, that polarion was not able to checkout the project. The svn checkout line works well from the command line. We are using our existing SVN Repository. Any Ideas?...

Hi, now it works. Making the comment <project id>/<work item id> as you suggested. And, from the help file it wasn't clear to me that instead of making my project a FastTrack project I keep a separate FastTrack project in my workspace. (Working in the FastTrack project, I did not see the linked work...
